Paul´s Story
Founded 17 years ago by Paul van Melis, our company was built on a deep understanding of the challenges faced by buyers, sellers, and investors.
Paul van Melis, originally from the Netherlands, has built a solid career in the real estate sector on the Costa del Sol, where he has lived since 1978. He began his professional journey in the family business as a photographer and sales agent, gaining early insight into the market.
After an initial experience with a local real estate agency, he joined Frifor Puerto Marina, where he played a key role for over a decade in the sale of residential properties and commercial units during the development of the complex. His strong performance and leadership led him to become Manager of the Puerto Marina Shopping Centre.
In 2009, he founded his own company, PvM Invest, through which he continues to offer a personalised, professional, and highly specialised service. Throughout his career, he has also collaborated with leading international real estate agencies such as Engel & Völkers and Von Poll, building an extensive international network.
With more than four decades of experience on the Costa del Sol, Paul brings knowledge, reliability, and commitment to every transaction.
